Distilled from organic Rocquette Cider this Eau de Vie is distilled a second time with mixed berries in our copper pot still. Flavours extracted from the berries combine with the unaged apple brandy to give a finished product that is incredibly crisp. With unmatched purity it delicately mimics the fruit from which it comes.
